When you purchase a Sheyafab product, your transaction is directly with the marketplace (Amazon, Myntra, or Nykaa), not with Sheyafab. This means:

  • Returns must be initiated through the platform where you purchased
  • Refunds are processed by the respective platform
  • Return windows and conditions vary by platform
  • Shipping for returns is handled by the platform

General Return Eligibility

While specific policies vary by platform, products are generally eligible for return if they meet these conditions:

  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Within the platform's return window
  • No signs of wear, washing, or alterations

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after the return window
  • Sale items (may have restrictions on some platforms)

Quality Issues
